Tripoint Academy ("we", "us", "our") is a homeschool tutor centre based in Erasmuskloof, Pretoria East. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

• Where required to process a learner's registration (e.g. information passed to Impaq, our curriculum provider, if you proceed with registration)

Enquiry information is stored securely and is only accessible to Tripoint Academy staff. We retain enquiry data only for as long as necessary to respond to you and, if you enrol, for the duration of your relationship with us.

Your rights under POPIA

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your information
• Object to how your information is processed
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa
